I'd like to know who they hired that made them pay that much...

I mean for something like a website it would have very let to do equpment wise and such....

as far as I can tell...
..stupid goverment for paying it...

....sneaky guy for managing to convenience them that his work is worth that much money...

I mean I know web designers can get paid a lot...but I'd really like to know how it ever gets to be that much..

meh maybe I'll figure it out in the next two years..9__9
