Post a single sentence extract from each WIP you have (or as many as you want to pick). No context, no explanations.

Yayy!  This sounds fun! =3;;;

1.  The demon's laugh echoed in her mind long after she was left in deafening silence.  Life Light...help us.  All she could think of to do was to pray.

2. Since when did my little brother discover the ability to induce shared hallucinations?  I know my imagination isn't active enough to come up with something like this.  The thought was wry and dripping with sarcasm.  As much as his head wanted to deny what he was seeing, cling to the "fact" that dragons were mythical creatures, he could not refute the heavy, though gentle, pressure of the giant finger atop him.

3. Now another challenge arose.  She had to get him into a bed.  I could just leave him on the floor, she thought with a sardonic smile.  She scared at him a moment longer.  "But in the stories they always wake up in beds," she sighed.  ((I miss this one...*the idea still amuses her*))

4. "Welcome!" she chirped again, her tone politely demanding some sort of response.

Rowen wasn't sure how to respond to the floating girl.  "Where am I?  He spoje the first words that had come to mind.  He felt rude for not saying something else, but what could he have said?

"Why!  You're in Sherlam!"  She beamed at him, doing a flip in the air and ending up with arms outstretched in presentation.

"Sher...lam?"  Rowen repeated uncertainly.
"That's what the spirits call their realm.  You're in the Spirit Realm!  The Afterlife!  The Underworld!"  Her excited, giggled words pounded his ears like hammering insults.  She had flipped again, and now hovered cross-legged in midair.

"What?" It was all that came to him.  He had to be dreaming.

"You're dead, silly!"

5. Yami's eyes dared around him, assessing the situation.  The creature before him was not the only on.  Two more the the plant creatures hung from his arms, and there were three holding to his legs, one of which was still dangling from his ankles.  the on in front of him reached out, gnarled hands grasping the Puzzle.

6. He went back to dinking in the texts, learning what he could of the long dead Roman Empire and the rule of the Caesares, absently rolling the candy around in his mouth as he did so.  Finally he had grown tired of the candy, and was only a few sentences from finishing the current chapter anyway.  Positioning the Jolly Rancher between his back teeth he bit down.  There was no cruch, no hard cardy cracking into smaller pieces.  Instead his teeth seemed to sink into the lille block just a bit.  And that brick of suar and flavor refused to release the offending molars.

7. "Let go!" A fist pounded against the creature's forearm.  "Le me go!"

Yami barely caught the hand that went for his throat.  His own hand ended up shoft into the soft flesh, gagging him and sending him into a coughing fit.  Vision blurred with tears, he stumbled as the hunter gave his belt another sharp tug.  Yam caught himself against the figure.  Without thinking about it, he threw himself back with a violent shove.

He helped as his feet came off the ground.  Momentum sent his body reeling back, his Deck beld acting like a balance for a teeter-totter.  He twisted, feet kicking frantically, hands slapping the ground before his head could.  The loose belt, still trapped in the creature's hand, slid lower on his hips.

His first reaction was to try to hold into the belt, his faithful cards still tucked away in their case.  it only took a heartbeat for him to realize that doing so could cost him and his partner their lives.  Yami squirmed his way out of the belt, scrambling to his feet the next moment.  Without looking back, he ran.

And I'll stop there.  I've got a lot of ideas and outlines (or brainstorms or scrips as most cases are), but nothing really written....and I'm realizing I'm missing some stuff. *pout...must see if she can find the story she'd started about Thief King....*
